Hey, I was experiencing some problems with my laptop where my screen was frozen after start up and my cursor was the only thing moving. It stayed like that for a couple days and I just could not get it to past that. So I searched online for a video on what could be the problem or how to help, I found a video that if you hold the power button for five seconds and press it again it takes you to the blue menu.
