So after a fresh installation of Windows 10, I noticed that my profile picture in Windows settings will show up as a half rotated rectangle instead of a circle. Meanwhile, some other UI elements in WhatsApp will show up in the same way as it did for my profile picture. I really want to figure this out, as I don't want to redo another clean installation of Windows 10 after setting all my programs and data from the beginning. This could be spread out in other programs and apps but so far these are the only ones I've noticed.Any help will be highly appreciated!
