Mothers memorial Service this week and all the pictures that were emailed ot me and i scanned are in this program

Not sure how edge has all my pictures recently downloaded in it. So, I used the photo program to download my Mothers pictures in the program for a Memorial service now they are not downloading to a DVD . How can I just have access back to all the pictures in that are now only on the Microsoft edge program. I need them yesterday. Please help.
