Restarting the PC screens goes black like sleep mode except you can't wake it.

It not me who wrote this before, but i had the same issue and found out when i update my bios the ram could not overclock anymore, so i set it to default speed without gamemode. and now it restarts without staying blackI am using HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC, with windows 10 single language 64 bit Operating System, with 8 GB RAM.I am facing TWO major issues:After leaving the system idle for more then an hour, the computer screen goes black but computer still running windows 10, and it does not wake up.
