What am I doing wrong concerning printing out emailed documents?

Wondering why some documents received in my email print out okay, but many don't look the same once printed out? It's so irritating. Want them to print out exactly how they look in the email!Sometimes there are the To: From: Date: printed at the top. Then the rest of the document printed on the other side. OR Sometimes there are the To: From: Date: printed at the top. Then two-thirds down the page, is when the document begins to print.
