Application is unable to create temp files in user AppData folder

We are using application along with the MS Visio 2016 32 Bit. When application is working it copies project files to local user App Data folder (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local). It was working correctly and after the recent Windows security updates, it is observed that copying is restricted, and application became unusable. Restarting the application solves the issue temporarily. In some cases, we found uninstalling the windows update solved the issue. Due to security measure this is not possible in the long run. Are there any known issues with 32-bit applications in windows 10?
