I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When connecting with a USB cord to laptop with Windows 10, error message says "USB Device not recognized".

Tried 6 different USB cords. Downloaded & installed from Samsung the drivers. I've tried it on another laptop with Windows 10. Same problem. I've tried using a different S10 & that one also creates the same error message
