Changing my username in netplwiz makes me can't get over User Account Control (Missing YeS option)

ive been messing around with my computer lately on netplwiz, there is only one account which is my microsoft acount right? and so i changed the username to something i like, saved that and this is where disaster happen.. I can't pass UAC (run as administrator)! It's missing the Yes option! im in panic right now looking for help, if you can please help me!I'll use cmd to demonstrateafter scanning finger
