Laptop randomly freezes and I have to restart it.

Hello,I have a Lenovo Ideapad S145-15API laptop (Ryzen 3 3200U,Radeon Vega 3 8GB ram). The last 2 months I have been experiencing random freezes. I have tried cleaning the laptop and change the thermal paste but it didnt fix it. I dont know what info to provide for help. If anything is needed ask for it. Any help is appriciated!
