Can't download Prime Video app for windows10 on PC

Tried to use Prime Video app. Error message can't load AND go to Microsoft store for details.No details on Microsoft Store.Under settings/apps, Prime video app is grayed out.I uninstalled it.I restarted the PC.I signed in to Microsoft store.When I try to download the app, nothing happens except a little arrow going round and round in a circle.
