Several things refuse to change language

Several programs and part of programs refuse to change language. I am Swedish, but i want my pc to be all in English. However my install i brought (pro) only contains Swedish. This means that it installed everything in Swedish. But allot of things refuse to change language when i swap to British. I know there's an option to create a install image where i can select a language, but im not looking to reinstall windows.
