I cant update my licenced Windows 10 to version 20h2.

Hi, I am trying for 2 hours to update my Windows 10.When I open the update center and try to find a new update I get the error code: 0x80070422And when I download windows updater and run it as an admin i get message: "can't find the necessary file. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder. "I have seen some crazy weird texts on the Microsoft site lol.
