Windows 10's size after first boot is 71 GB, what to delete?

Hello.A few hours ago I booted the Windows 10 pro on my new Dell Optiplex. I did not check for sizes at first. The first thing I did was to create an image. The image took around 53GB of disk space.When I checked properties of C drive, it said (around) 71 GB was occupied. Till that point, I had not connected to internet. So then I updated the Windows, it the hopes that the update will fix the issue, but it increased 4 GB, totaling 75GB. I went through a lot of forums. As a result I deleted the hibernation file, and dell support assist related software(s). But this did not help much, it only re
