I just got a new battery yesterday, and it charged to 100%, but today when I turned it on, I used it until I thought it was ready to charge, but it only charges to 99%. Why is this happening?Then, now it's 100% (as of writing this), but it could be because I unplugged it and re-plugged it. I did this because I saw another post that said they had to keep plugging it in. Or maybe it's not an issue and it just took a long time. But it took about 3 minutes after noticing to do this, so I doubt that's that.
