My One Drive is showing a Red X, which I believe is a problem syncing my files. I have hundreds of documents that I'd like to transfer to my One Drive storage, for when my computer crashes.I can manually upload them 1 at a time, but there's got to be a better way!!! I've tried my settings and it shows that it's syncing, but the red X is still there. Btw, there's plenty of storage available.Is there another way to back up these docs, or is there a live human at Microsoft that I can speak to on the phone, so I can fix this in 1 session without dragging it out?
