When pinning a window to the corner of the screen to show two windows in one display - how can I pin this so it doesn't change at all?

When opening certain games whilst having two screens pinned to my other monitor, the display setting changes and messes them up. I find myself frequently having to pin them back in place, all the time. Is there any way of making them stay pinned in place? My main screen windows never change position or move.
