Help with Windows Error oxc000000e

I replaced my old SSD (MX500) with a WD NVMe, I cloned the drive, erased the old drive, set in BIOS to boot from the correct SSD. But now getting that error stating my PC/Device needs to be repaired. The options it gives me are F1 to enter Recovery Environment - does nothing but back to blue screen, F8 for Start up settings- still back to blue screen, and ESC for UEFI Firmware settings that I have not messed with yet. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I am running Windows 10 as well.
