Old w10 laptop died. Purchased a new w11 laptop. Had a tech company try to recover some data from the w10 hard drive....they said they needed w10 bit locker key. Logged into microsoft.com and got the bit locker key and sent it to them. They came back and asked if their was more than one laptop in my ms acct., and there is. The problem is that the same bit locker key is in my acct for both my old w10 machine and also my brand new w11 machine, what do I do?
