Windows 10 incorrectly states "No internet" for a connected wifi network

Internet works, but Windows 10 does not acknowledge it. This prevents me from using Windows update, store, Onedrive and the feedback hub. I'm connected via a Wifi USB adaptor, without VPN or proxy.I have tried all the fixes I could find:Redirecting
