Nothing pops up after clicking "sign in with a Microsoft account instead

In my system when I try to do click on "Sign in with a Microsoft Account instead" it is showing pop-up with blank screen but after some seconds it close automatically. also I am not able to click on any Taskbar icons like (Windows icon, Windows search, Audio control etc..). In addition calculator is not working.Any help Appreciated..Thanks,Vikas Prajapati
