Windows 10 auto downloaded update for Windows 11, how can i stop it?

So my pc downloaded the install update for Windows 11 and I don't want to be on Windows 11. I want to stay on Windows 10, it doesn't give me an option to remove it. Only thing I can do about it is pause the update for 7 days. I want updates for Windows 10 and not Windows 11 download. Please help
