My computer is no longer booting up, could you help me please?I was looking at a website on Firefox, and noted my computer seemed to be freezing up as I couldn't move the mouse cursor. I couldn't do a reset via normal means because everything was locked up, so I hard reset my pc by holding down the power button.Now, I am getting a black screen when I turn my machine on. The screen is black with a white underscore in the top left. The underscore isn't flashing, and my system seems to periodically restart as my monitor turns off every minute or so, then comes back to the same black screen. It do
