This problem seems to rear its ugly head AFTER I do a Windows update. Yes, I know I can probably restore to an earlier version but that's a PITA. I try to right-click on a drive in Windows Explorer and after a few second delay it just ABRUPTLY shuts down for no reason. This is the first issue...The 2nd issue is none of my MOV files show a thumbnail of the video. This too is a HUGE PITA as I am trying to make videos in Adobe Premiere and it pays to actually know what the video is without having to open each one up to determine which ones I want.I have followed all the "supposed" fixes which
