After a recent update the Windows Media Player stopped showing information about the currently playing song, as well as it's thumbnail. The song clearly has a thumbnail: However, when changing volume, what I would get at best is the song title with the album name, no thumbnail:At worst (the most common outcome), it would give no information at all, just a blank overlay with the controls and one word: MediaplayerThe song currently playing has all of the neccessary attributes:I've searched for an answer online, but no luck.
