Why is my computer getting stuck on windows updates so often?

Hello.I have this problem where (quite often) during a windows update it gets stuck on this screen: “Preparing to configure windows”“Don’t Turn off your computer” (Below)It happens quite a bit and I am not sure why.One possible reason is that my computer has a HDD rather then a SSD and it caps the disk usage in task manager to 20% maximumBut I don’t think that is the problem. By the time you are reading this, It will be most likely fixed. But it would be nice to know for the future.Thanks,TechTutorials!!
