I use a variety of folders to organize my Start Menu in Windows 10, but whenever I put a new pin on Start and then try to drag and drop it into a folder, it is very hit-or-miss (usually miss) on if I can even get it in the folder. The vast majority of the time, rather than letting me drop the pin into the folder, the Start Menu moves the folder out of the way as if it thinks I want to put the new pin where the folder was. It's very frustrating. I've tried hovering over various corners or even trying to see if I can hover over the middle of the icon, any sort of hotspot that maybe is the "trick
