The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in error

Hi I just want to reset my laptop but I can't. I'm getting The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in error I also tried to access Safe mode but I failed. On the blue screen, I also tried Reset this PC, but it's asking me the recovery code. I chekced my account but nothing fit with the laptop I used. (Think I deleted it) In this case, what should I do? I can't both sign in the laptop, reset it. I just want to erase everything from the laptop.
