After the lock screen my laptop screen gets black and only cursor is seen on the screen

When I start my laptop First windows loading come then the loc screen comes and after that as soon as I put the password and press enter the screen gets blank and only cursor is there I don't know why this happened Please tell me a solution for this problem I've tried hibernating and again restarting but nothing is happening Please help
