Help i can't Update my windows 10!

I dont know what to do anymore, all of the updates are stuck at 0% and they keep restarting,i have 39 pending updates on microsoft store and they are all stuck at 0%, every other action not related to windows works normaly,everytime i try to restart it gets stuck on "Getting windows ready Don't turn off your computer", i've had enough of it and i tried using the "windows update assistant" but it got stuck at 99% and at this moment im restarting the pc again and it got stuck at the "getting windows ready" screen,please help!
