Windows 10 activation after a hardware change

I was recently made a hardware change. After that i was trying to activate windows with digital license. Before that i accidentally unlinked the device from ms account which was the digital license key enabled device.Now iam unable to relink the device with ms account and cant get activate my old windows 10. What is the solution
