After Start Up, Notepad appears with a desktop file

I was recently researching a computer virus I might have. I downloaded a couple of virus checkers, Malwarebytes and HitMan Pro. I only installed the Malwarebytes. Since then, every time I boot the PC, Notepad appears with a file named "desktop". The file is located here:C:\program data\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\start upThe commands are:[.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787I've scanned this file with antivirus software and malwarebytes and it doesn't show it being a problem.
