Hi again, I guess this question must have been ask many times over the years! I have had my Laptop a number of years now(maybe 9) Lenovo G700. I think I started with Windows 8 and gradually upgraded to Windows 10 22H2. Over the years I have done defrags regularly, it is set to do a defrag weekly but I do it after 2/3 days. Various sites I read say to much will do harm is that correct? In my own experience my laptop performs much better after I have done it. The Tiles, and web pages seem to open much faster etc. I know that hopefully one day I will upgrade to a SSD drive then all this will be a
