Can't Install Minecraft Launcher as the message 'Failed to initialize GDK, please make sure Xbox App and Gaming Service are up to date.'

I'm currently having a problem reinstalling Minecraft as the newest Minecraft launcher, each time when I press install it, message pops up saying 'failed to initialize GDK, please make sure Xbox App and Gaming Service are up to date.' I've went to the Microsoft store and pressed 'Get Updates' and everything was up to date. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox App and the Gaming Service but its still not working.
