All Windows functions stopped working completely. Start button/menu, search bar, all Windows file icons, recycling bin etc are all not opening (error when trying to open file icon says "no such interface supported"). Unable to try any of the suggestions I've found on the internet because they all seem to require use of the search menu or opening a Windows window / file / start button, all of which are not working or resonding at all. I think I am on Windows 10 but unable to verify for the same reason (no Windows related functions are opening at all).
