My old hard drive died so i got a new one and had to install windows onto it. i downloaded windows 10 iso from this website Download Windows 10 and booted it into my pc. After i got the os onto my pc it now wont let me create a login for the computer which also doesn't allow me to do any sort of admin actions. Also when you first boot up it would allow you to create the login and such, that never showed up and so i can't create my account for the new harddrive. Ive tried to download the DLL and upload it with my usb but it wont let me continue becau
