Night Light settings reset at midnight and PC restart

My Night Light appears to reset when I restart my PC, or when the time passes midnight as it:Turns off the Night LightMy schedule night light settings get wiped to the defaultThis started happening sometime last week, definitely since the latest large update. I have Windows 10, and no pending updates.
