Unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed) keeps popping up for my ATR2100 mic.

I've tried all the offered solutions: uninstalling the USB device, restarting, even plugging it into another computer, and using a backup MIC I have...nothing is working. HELP! The same problem is happening on my 2nd computer (laptop) and even with my backup ATR 2100 MicI've tried it on 2 different computers and with 2 ATR2100 micsI uninstall it and then restart and this keeps coming back.
