Audio Won't work

Hi everyone,So I had to reset my PC due to malware issues and for some reason my Audio will not work, I've looked all over the web and done the following:- Restart Audio Services- Troubleshoot Audio- Download Realtek Drivers- Tried a few fixes I found but not worked- Factory Reset (again)None of these worked and I can't find anything else onlineWhen I hover over the x'ed out Audio Symbol in the Taskbar it says "No Audio Output Device is Installed" Does anyone know a solution?
