I paid $19.99 for LifeTime.Player.IAP to play DVD on my computer but it doesn't work. How do I get reimbursed?

I paid $19.99 for LifeTime.Player.IAP to play DVD on my computer but it doesn't work. After paying I never received a key, number, etc. in order to activate. When I select "upgrade" on the app it says thanks for subscribing. I still can't watch a DVD without having the green box interference at the bottom of the screen. How do I get reimbursed?
