This general issue has been posted recently with a few different answers with many, many persons asking the same question. My other devices (iphone, ipad, Roku, Samsung TV and integrated NAD audio amp) work fine to access the new Spectrum wi-fi device and separate modem-router, just not my win 10 laptop. I suggest the problem might be:1. a function of Spectrum’s auto-selection of 2.4ghz vs 5ghz channels (no more separate access points operating on either 2.4 or 5) or2. the use of a custom SSiD name and password (as opposed to using the default ones on the Wi-fi access points label).Just guessi
