The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

I was factory resetting my PC yesterday and I decided to leave it overnight. As I wake up, I see that nothing has been reset, and I'm still logged into my previous windows account with the same old pin code. Upon entering the pin code, i get the error message: "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.". I cannot log back in, and i don't know what to do.
