I have a DELL Optiplex 3010 PC [several years old] running Windows 10 [latest update], but with NO bluetooth adaptor and an Ethernet connection to the web. I bought a UB400 Bluetooth dongle from TP-Link [Curry's] and, when I load the CSR Harmony software, all is OK. However,the Bluetooth icon in the notification area [right-side of the Taskbar] disappears fom time to time, with no apparent reason. The only way to restore it, and the Bluetooth functionality, seems to be to Uninstall the CSR Hamony software, and to re-install it. I have written [many times] to TP-Link but they say "all is we
