My keyboard is not working when I try to enter the PIN. How can I fix this?

I updated the BIOS and after the completion of update the PC says "your PIN is not available due to a change in the security settings on this device" I tried setting up my PIN and it asked me to enter the email password but I found out my keyboard isn't working. I tried typing my password with onscreen keyboard but it didnt solve the issue. But my keyboard works fine when I enter my wifi password to connect to the internet(in wifi option)
