I have an HP laptop. Yesterday at work a popup showed up that asked me to register my device as a work or school laptop. I accidentally clicked yes, because I was in the middle of working. The email that autofilled in the popup window was my school email.The next time I tried to open and login to my PC, it won't let me. There's a completely different password, and all passwords that I have written down for my microsoft accounts don't work. I can't switch to another account from the login screen either.
