After the latest update to Microsoft Store, the Start Menu icon is black and the Store won't run. I tried to reset the cache, but I got an error message that the program couldn't be found. Neither the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter nor the Windows Update troubleshooter could fix the problem. In the Apps list in the Settings app, the icon is faded out. It looks like I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the Store; how do I do that? (BTW, I've run dism [which didn't find anything] and sfc [which apparently fixed some files], but I still have the problem.)
