I have a blue screen error(stop code:0xc000021a). I have looked on line how to fix this. Initially I tried going into safe mode but the PC keeps looping back to the blue screen rather than going into safe mode. I then tried to get the command prompt but it asks for my Admin password. Unfortunately I've forgotten it and its not the same as my Microsoft password. So my two questions are: 1. Is there a way I can reset my admin password by using another device? 2. Is there another way of fixing this blue screen error without needing my admin password whilst keeping my non-backed up documents a
