Long story short: I bought Windows 10 Home (digital license) years ago, activated it and used it for years just fine. I moved recently and have a new PC. Re-installed Windows, linked the same Microsoft account but it cannot activate with error 0xC004F213 showing. I scoured all the help articles but nothing actually helps. Troubleshooting doesn't work, there is no option to activate by phone or anything. Frankly, I'm at my wits' end. If someone has any ideas, I'm all ears.
