When installing a windows update manually can i skip an version?

So, i have one of the first versions of windows 10 1903, and do i need to install the latest version of 1903 and then the 1909(the one i want to install) or do i need to install all of the versions of the 1903 first?And i cant install windows updates automaticcly because i have it blocked.
