Bulit in Windows apps, like Movies and TV or Photos show missing icon on taskbar, and then reappears.

So I found an issue with the icons on startup of built in Windows apps. When I open up an built in windows app, like Movies and TV or Photos, the icon on the taskbar is missing. I do not know why this keeps happening. When I hover over the taskbar missing icon, the other icon is a Windows 7 like window icon. How do I fix this issue? Thanks in advance!
