Wifi adapter appearing in other devices. I’ve looked it up on YouTube and none of the methods seem to work for me.

I got this computer 2 years ago and it never worked, I gave up because I couldn’t find any solution for it. I’m trying to fix it now, I’ve known that the issue was the wifi adapter for a while now. I just don’t know how to fix it. I’ve looked up all the answers on YouTube and none of them help. Should I just get a new one?
